RESEARCH IN PARIS AND THE HAGUE
Summer 2018, Summer 2019
Thanks to the generous funding of the Laidlaw Scholarship and the McCormack Fund for dissertations at the University of York, I was able to visit both Paris and The Hague to do archival research. This is a particularly rare and valuable experience for an undergraduate student, and one which really helped advance my work. I was able to access documents written by and about the women I study, and this allowed me to create work that represents a real contribution to the scholarship.
